Hachi's Gentle Spirit

This is Hachi at 5 years old, my favorite photo of him. Those soulful eyes captured who he was: gentle, loving, and pure happiness. This past July, we lost him at just 10 years old. A seizure caused a stroke that took his senses. What hurt most was watching his tail, always wagging 24/7, slowly go still. When it stopped, we knew. Hachi was the sweetest, most loving dog you could ever dream of. He carried stuffed animals everywhere, nudged you for pets, and made everyone feel loved. We <3 U Hachi
