Darla’s vision
Darla had cancer and we walked and talked every morning. One day, toward the end, she stopped and looked around and I realized she was fascinated by our shadows. Maybe she was seeing her future?

I am a retired school counselor with three dogs and nine cats (all rescues.) I volunteer at the city kennel and help with an organization called, Trinity County Pet Fixers. I have two grown children and two beautiful grandchildren.
