Customer Love Appreciation

Have went to the same hairdresser for 18 years. I walk out feeling great, and good! On a personal level this man has made my day happier just going to his Salon. I love using the same pharmacy, and small businesses because it is a great feeling. When someone knows who you are because even though they are serving you surprise them also. Customer Service people are amazing they just need to be uplifted, and know customers still appreciate them.
