Behind My Smile

June 07, 2018 6:30 pm: It was a rough time in life as I once again battled LUPUS with all I had. I sat in my car after leaving work and bawled my eyes out as no one was around to hear or see me. I prayed to the Heavens asking for strength to get through this. As I composed myself I looked up through the sunroof. This heart just appeared in the clouds. It gave me strength and courage to keep fighting. I wrote a poem about it called Behind My Smile.
