D.C.’s Traffic Light

I’m from Columbus, Ohio, so I’ve never seen a traffic light that was on the ground instead of in the air. Thought it would look a bit different to put a filter on it from Lightroom to give it a voice that tells how D.C. feels when visiting the most famous places.
