Mischief Has a Pink Nose
This image is of my most beloved cat. One day while baking Christmas cookies, I found myself lying on the floor trying to capture an image from the perspective of a dog taking an interest in cookies cooling on the dining room table. Instead, my inquisitive little Laurelisse stuck her head over the side of a kitchen chair to observe my strange behavior. It was one of those happy accidents every photographer looks for in the everyday. This image remains one of my most treasured captures.
It's not me who is important, but rather my calling. I am in medical school to become a physical therapist. My determination is unshakable, but my chosen profession has been downgraded, limiting how much I can borrow for student loans. A vote for my image brings me one step closer to success.
