Green Light, Red Light...Trash insight!

#greelightredlighttrashinsight...while waiting for a go signal, my wife noticed this not so good practice on dumping trash. We both laughed and then all of a sudden this is a unique photo entry as a simple call to country men to respect city property and this applies to all county as well.
