Best Friends
Rubin was found in our neighborhood 15 years ago. My 90 year old mom who was blind adopted him and he made a great companion. He was a very special Jack Russell terrier, who watched over my mom until she passed at 95. My husband and I became so attached to Ru, we took care of him, and he took care of us until he couldn’t. I’ve been a caregiver and advocate for those in need for many years. I love people and all animals, especially this little boy, our furry son! Rubin passed the day Hurricane Ian hit our area, September 28, 2022. Miss him every day.
