The old masonic home!
The Home for Aged Masons in Nashville (Inglewood) was built between 1913–1915 on land donated by Jere Baxter to house elderly Freemasons, widows, and orphans. Designed in a Colonial Revival style by Asmus & Norton, the facility operated until the 1930s before being sold to the state in 1941, later serving as a tuberculosis hospital. The home was eventually vacated in the 1990s and now stands abandoned, but in 2008 it was listen by Tennessee as a historical site which keeps it standing today!
