New Beginnings

I was inspired by this sunrise on a drive through Clines Corners, New Mexico. The light of a new day slowly rising in stunning dichotomy: warmth and coolness, light and dark, strength and gentleness. On a deeper level, the imagery of the windmills with the power lines against the backdrop of the sun was a striking reminder of how humanity contrasts with nature; an image of the earths provision and how humanity has attempted to harness it. Energy, innovation, and insurmountable beauty all culminating in one photo.
