A child prays
On my first trip out of the USA I took this photo of a boy praying in the Cathedral of Munich. I loved the reflection of the candlelight on his face. Mom was nearby and I showed her the picture. Though we did not speak a common language her joy at the photo was evident. We tried “air dropping” the photo to her phone but I’m not sure if it was successful. Of all the beautiful sights I saw in Germany this was the sweetest.

I am 76 years old . My trip to Germany in August was my first out of the US. I visited my son and daughter in law who now Live in Haar, Germany. They showed many beautiful sights. Some are so beautiful that a photo does not do them justice. The picture of me was also taken in the Cathedral.
