Freedom Prevails!
Aboard the ferry, I was admiring the Manhattan, New York City skyline, including the majestic Freedom Tower, when Old Glory unfurled, adding her stamp of approval to this photo. As a nation, founded on the tenets of freedom, We Will Never Forget the tragedy that occurred on September 11, 2001...a terrorist attack against that very Freedom! In response, we united as a country and arose to rebuild from the ashes. Now, twenty three years later, freedom still prevails!
I've enjoyed photography since I was a young child. I'm blessed to call the USA my home, and the chances to capture and preserve her beauty are endless. In my photographs, I strive to elicit an emotional response through a visual connection to a single moment in time.
