Picture taken 10/20/2019 at Grant Park in Ventura California, 16 months after the horrific Thomas fire that burned 281,893 acres in Ventura and Santa Barbara County in 2017-2018. The ragging fire burned through Grant Park and the cross stood strong and survived. While enjoying an afternoon at Grant Park, after the “rebuild Ventura” project, this picture was captured while taking a picture of the cross with the islands in the background. The hummingbird and seagull photobombed my picture.
