Americas sunrise

This picture was taken race day on pikes peak, a morning where Colorado springs was below the clouds, pikes peak summit was above one layer, and the final layer above pikes peak, with the sunrise coming up in between them. The pure bliss of watching this made me tear up, I never thought I'd ever get the chance to see such beauty, on such a cold morning, all I felt was warmth wrapped around me. It lead to an amazing race day. And one reason I go back every year.
