Windrow Bridge
I moved to this piece of land in 1992. In 1998, when I went to college, I started drinking heavily. That continued for a lot of years. Drugs and alcohol were my life. I was mentally, spiritually, and physically bankrupt. On November 15, 2022, I finally just saw myself in a moment of clarity. It was time to grow up. I’ve been sober since. This piece of land and the wildlife and gardens have always brought me serenity, peace and joy. They give me a purpose. This land is my heart.
