Maui Moon Bow

It was late evening in Maui (Kanapali) there was a power outage in the resort, we were hanging out on the Lanai and looking out towards the ocean was a moon bow it was about 8:00-8:30 PM. Never heard of a mon bow, but it turns out to be a thing.
