Arctic Brotherhood Hall

A fraternal hall (or club for prospectors) created during the Yukon gold rush. The building’s front is made of sticks, about 50% still original from the late 1800s, that gives it a unique look. This building still stands in Skagway, Alaska, as part of a 7-block historical area and stands now as Skagway’s Convention and Visitors Bureau.

I spent my childhood in a beautiful place that I took for granted, Lake Tahoe. I love returning to visit when the opportunity presents itself. I currently live in Utah with my wonderful wife of 20 years and our our three boys. I recently visited Alaska with my wife for the first time.
