
Skogafoss Waterfall, Iceland
On River of slogs which originates from Eyjafjallajokull glacier western part of Mydalsjokull glacier. 15 meter wide 62 meter high. Cliffs are ancient costal cliffs which were formed by marine erosion at the end of last ice age. Legend said a settler named Parsi hid his chest of gold behind the waterfall where no one could reach. 3 men from Skogar frond it and attempted to move by placing a hook into the ring. It broke loose the ring and was later put in a museum in Skogar.
