Where Love Lived
This road carried me to my gran. My safe place, again and again throughout my life. She would come for me, and we would travel this path together, season after season, year after year. As I grew older, I never stopped returning. No matter how life changed, this road always led me back to love, to comfort, to her. When her health declined, I had the privilege of caring for the woman who had cared for me so completely. She passed away in June 2025, but this road still holds her. It always will.
Born and raised in East Texas, I’m grounded in family, love, and the simple things that matter most. My son is my heart, my man keeps me steady, and music is always close by. You’ll almost always find me with a Stephen King novel in hand.
