This photo shows a local skateboarder, skateboarding at Akron Skatepark, in Akron, Ohio. You can see the Goodyear Blimp Airdock in the background. This is the only outdoor skatepark in Akron - a city of 190,000 residents, with a huge wheeled-sports community! The skatepark will be torn down in the next few years, to build... a blimp museum. Leaving the community no place to go. The Carver Society is a nonprofit raising support for an all-inclusive indoor skatepark in Akron. thecarversociety.org
