Jack’s Patio

This little hummingbird that I named Jack, floated in and out for five hours trying to get a drink from this fountain. After encouraging him, he finally went in! We were on a weekend vacation at the Dunning Estate Winery in Paso Robles. It’s a long story, but I don’t know why I named him Jack. Found out later that the owner of the winery’s dad was named Jack. I am not a photographer by any means, but I think I had a little help.

My mom had one photo of herself as a child. So growing up, my life was pretty well documented. I grew up at a time when we sent in our film and sometimes paid extra to get photos developed in an hour. You just prayed one photo would come out. I pretty much take pictures of everything!
