What lies beyond
This photo was taken on a family trip to Florida, when my son Josh was seventeen. Many people considered him "an old soul" because he was always looking out in contemplation when we went to the ocean. In 2022 he died, at age 22. It would be an honor to have this photo accepted in his remembrance. He was an accomplished artist and intellectual. A student at Dartmouth who beat some incredible odds to be accepted to the Ivy League institution. Thank you.
I'm the mom of two sons, Christian and Josh, who is pictured in this photo. I raised them both as a single parent, trying my best. I work in the mental health field and enjoy being outdoors, exploring new places or just in my back yard gardening and taking nature photos in my free time. Thank you.
