Utterance
Water has a way of making the sun weightless and close. I saw it shimmering on the face of the water and couldn’t help but try to touch it. In that moment, I was reminded of the delicacy of life and the beauty found in each glimmer waiting to be held. Water and light, there at the beginning, spoken into being by just sound, just words, just an utterance.
I enjoy sharing meaning in small moments and unlikely places. I am often drawn to capture scenes that represent hope and beauty in everyday life. I believe moments of wonder, no matter how brief, can remind us of the value and awe of being alive.
