"Independence Day."
Ever since I was young I've loved watching fireworks and celebrating the 4th of July. This year was no exception. By the way, I took this picture in a town called "Friendship."
I just retired last December. There's nothing I love more than kayaking, or hiking with my wife Cathy. Taking pictures of her and wildlife while doing these things is a bonus. I'm especially grateful being born to a father, that with his band of brothers, fought for ALL of our freedoms.
